Update... Ron called me the next morning. He asked me what my issues were with the system. After understanding the problem he promptly corrected the issue and performed a test. He is going to call me in a week to verify everything is working properly.

Very very disappointed with the customer service currently.
I have been a customer over 10 years with two accounts. I have purchased three systems to date. I paid over $1100 for my current home system. I have spoken with many customer service representatives with issues still unresolved.
