We (2 adults / 1 teenager) were for the first time at the Kameha Grand and impressed by the extremely generous and extraordinary architectural design. Located directly on the Rhine, it is an excellent place to live.

We had booked a fair play suite, a great room with kicker, dart board and box figure. The enjoyment of the excellent bathroom equipment was especially at night unfortunately disturbed by a very loud exhaust, which could not be switched off. In contrast, the air conditioning functioned reliably. The extensive lighting concept in the room with many switches we found getting used to and rather annoying. For this we had firm great mattresses with different pillows. Even with 1.93m body length, I slept great (bed 2.10m).
Excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel! Well trained and very friendly staff, unfortunately the extra bed was missing on arrival, although 3 people were announced; but it was set up immediately after the internal "just4you" hotline was contacted.
For arrival by car: Generous but expensive hotel underground parking (20 / day). Card reader at the parking machine defective (my MasterCard and AmEx refused, despite appropriate signs.) Should be repaired urgently.) The walk from the garage to the front desk should be better signposted, on the ground floor after leaving the elevator you do not know where to go.
The breakfast we found excellent; large selection, impeccable quality. There is even champagne (but I did not taste it-very harsh droplets, in this hotel category I would have liked a better quality variety).
The small points of criticism are not particularly significant in this great hotel, but are off. I definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back. It gives me almost the full score therefore.
