I had previously leased a car from another dealers...

I had previously leased a car from another dealership in Des Moines. I was nearing the end of my lease and nervous about having to go back to that dealership for another vehicle, because I did not have a good experience. However, when I spoke with Cory at Shottenkirk he explained that I had other options. He helped me so much and made a process that I expected to be miserable, based on past experience, one that was exciting and enjoyable. I initially wanted to look at a different vehicle, after Cory took the time to really talk with me and show me my options he helped me realize there was a different vehicle that was a better fit for me. I am so happy he really listened to me to help me find a better fit, I love my new car and I am happy to have my lease in a place that made me feel welcome. I definitely recommend Cory to everyone!
