I have been trying to deal with these guys from off shore, not resident in the UK at the moment, and I find they are draconian and very inflexible. Very quick to enagage leagl firms. Its almost like an arrangement fot pushing business to them. They agreed to email correspondence and didnt. Previously the management firm was Ground Solutions fo 10+ years without any issues.
