As a WordPress professional that does an insane amount of research before he invests in a plugin or theme, I chose PremiumPress products. In particular I have used DirectoryPress for client sites because it had the functionality necessary, was well-supported and persistent license. There is nothing worse than buying something that doesn't meet expectations, that is poorly supported, and then chokes on updates. I have never had any issues with PremiumPress on any of these issues and have used their products since 2010.
