Great gym, good atmosphere. Large facility with a nice amount of equipment. Rarely over crowded and open til 11 weekdays. Weight room stocked with plenty of free weights, dumbells and machines. Larger cardio area upstairs with dozens of treadmills, bikes and Octane machines. Parisi speed school has a separate section for intense training. Many tennis courts, an open indoor field, a dojo, saunas, steam rooms, decent size pool and a jacuzzi. Juice bar centrally located and offers meal plans as well as fresh hot/cold food and salads. Summer camp for kids has been popular for decades. Staff mostly friendly and gym is kept clean. A large place like this is difficult to maintain and could use some TLC in some areas but overall a great value and thier rates are reasonable.
