I saw Titanic last night, and the performance was great, their lyrics were well written, the live orchestra lent much to the performances. The lighting and sound were well done, and I would see other shows by this company. The food, however, left much to be desired. Presentation was reminiscent of a school cafeteria. They had several options for the entree; the usual chicken/fish and a tri-tip.The tri-tip was lukewarm and covered in a gravy (a coverup for mediocre meat) the carrots were overcooked, the squash was undercooked, making it the best thing on the plate, and the rice was mealy and bland. That stopped me from ordering dessert, however some of our party ordered desserts and they were both large and aesthetically pleasing, though I cannot attest to their taste. The service was good from the waitstaff. For a venue that has been in business for several decades I expected better, but maybe most people don t care about the meal. I think an option for just dessert and coffee with your ticket would be a nice addition.
