Was phoned by this company and was told my bike was scheduled to be picked up and I would be contacted 24 hours before the pickup was due to take place. I phoned them the next day and asked if they could tell me if the pickup had yet been scheduled and was told that it hadn't and that they could not possibly give me a date anytime in the near future. I contacted my insurers who gave me the name of another repair company. I phoned this company and within the space of 15 minutes was given a day and time for the bike to be picked up from my address.
4th Dimension need to get their act together, they are not the only repair company and judging by my dealings with them they are not the most efficient people in their line of business.
