Thanks Paul J II a CSR and CAMCO for excellent customer service above and beyond. My 30 AMP PowerDefender got fried this past weekend while camping. I called to see about a replacement part for the receptacle, but with a pic of the damage and a brief description, I am getting my unit replaced. They did not HAVE to do that. Any number of things could have caused the problem. It wasn't necessarily a faulty CAMCO surge protector. When I told my wife, I thought she passed out on the other end of the phone.....complete silence.....then OMG they did that!!! In the RV industry many companies would want to take your money. The quality of a company is represented by the quality of its employees. Thank you CAMCO and my appreciation to Paul J for your professionalism , humor and the best customer service experience I have had in a long time.
