These fine folks from initial intake to my exit from there were very competent and friendly all the way around. I had to interact with several care providers and all of them inspired confidence. Plan of treatment was carefully outlined with logical progression but carefully articulated so that it was clear that I as the patient understood. Plant facility was clean and modern. Tasks were performed with amazing speed and timeliness. Never felt rushed but knew the appointment was progressing with alacrity! They even called me at home the next day to check on me and my status. This is the way all urgent care or other medical facilities should be conducted. I would heartily recommend these top flight professionals to anyone including my work cohorts and family. Thank you Crucial Care. It is nice to have a "go to" place in a pinch!
