The only reason I'm giving 1 stars is because I love the vehicle I'm purchasing if they had an option for 0 it would be my first choice. I begin to purchase my vehicle on January 31,2018 and was able to talk to the lady on the phone about payments and everything needed for the vehicle. After purchase I was told my job, that I made good money, was closing it's doors. I had to find another job. I explained to the managers that I'm not making as much and wanted to change the dates so my payments wouldn't be late. They told me that they couldn't do that. My payments are due on the 1st and I knew that when I purchased the car. Not only is that an issue, I called to make a payment arrangement with one employee, she accepted it, and I thought the deal was done. Everyday, multiple times a day, they called avout the payment even after the arrangement. I asked could I have 1 person over my loan since none of the 5 people in the office communicate, the answer was still no. I'm still having the same problem financially but I make my car payments. I wish they were more considerate of their customers and life events than money. I'm not satisfied with the werviceim provided but I love my vehicle that I have. To avoid hassle, STAY AWAY!!!!
