After several appointments I have nothing but positive things to say. All my appointments have been on time or early. Everyone has been nive, friendly, funny and helpful. Several workers simply smile and say "Hi" as I am walking down the hall. I have learned that if you go into a situation expecting a bad experience you will probably have one because you will look for the one thing that went wrong or just not the way you wanted but if you go into it with the understanding that everyone is trying to do their jobs and has good and bad days like you and look for the positive in things you will not be disappointed. Plus having been in the military, I expect to wait. It is the nature but I have not had to wait for ANYTHING except the pharmacy and that is to be expected but to avoid that, have your scripts mailed to you. I love the VA!
