I have been a mortgage professional for 22 years, and I can tell you in all my years there has never been a better AMC then Nationwide. They are responsive, they are professional and the appraisers that they have in their system take the time to do things right and research the property. What is more important is that they use local appraisers as opposed to sending someone from the other side of the map to do an appraisal.

When there is a concern their staff shines. They address is in a timely and professional way. Every once in a while I will get a phone call or email asking me if there is anything they can do to help improve, which again is another bonus as they are always looking to improve their process. I think that speaks volumes to the type of company Nationwide is and where they want to be.
