Horrific place to put a loved one who cannot speak...

Horrific place to put a loved one who cannot speak for themselves but even when they can they are too scared to, as am I. We learned the hard way after our family member died from staff neglect. Since then we hear all of the horror stories from other families and ex staff of abuse and neglect....and many deaths since our tragic experience. I hope my review will help families to make the right decision and others to write an honest review of what really happens in this facility.
Lots of nice reviews about the pool...what about the poor souls who live there
