This place has went way downhill in the past 2 yea...

This place has went way downhill in the past 2 years. Honestly two stars is a bit of a stretch. This is my third time staying here and my last. I've been here for 4 says so far and have 3 more to go. So far I've noticed the pool for certainty does not get cleaned. Every morning I've discovered something in the pool. Mind you my family and I get down to the pool around 9 am everyday. We have seen clumps of hair stuck on vents at the bottom, strands of hair floating by everywhere, trash laying around the pool, plastic cups sunken to the bottom, debris from trees around the pool. If you like to hear music while your at the pool drinking and swimming you'll have to demand it every day or it won't happen. If you want to go down the water slide you might have to find the lifeguard who will shut the slide off whenever he feels and take a break for 2 hours or better. I had to go find him today and when I did he was in the activity center texting away with a smile on his face so I lit a fire under him and followed him back outside and watched him turn the slide back on finally. When he did about 10 little kids all together exclaimed "Yayyyy!!!" I'm still not done...They have an activities flyer listing the 5 or 6 events that will be held for each day, so far they have cancelled at least 2 per day so don't get too happy when you see ice cream from 1-2 or if you see giant water pong from 2:30-4 because more than likely they'll be "short staffed" or having a meeting in the middle of the afternoon where ALL of the employees literally disappear for an hour or two in the arcade and pool table room where they lock the doors and no one can gain access. Seriously one of the worst resorts Wyndham has I've never had a problem with Wyndham before here. First bad experience and man it sucks so some good advice would be to overlook this place and go to the Orlando resort because you aren't gonna get your money worth here just headaches and anxiety.
