The gym is dirty. The pool is nasty. The equipment is not maintained. Half the treadmills do not work and have sat there for 3 years with no repair. Weights are never there when you need them. Curl bars mysteriously vanish for weeks and then pop back up. Bathrooms and showers are not clean. Manager and staff do not listen to recommendations or concerns. The manager tried to nearly double my low monthly payment from my lifetime contract I signed 23 yrs ago. He told me it was no longer valid because times have changed. I cancelled my membership of 23 years. Everything started going downhill around 2018.
