The staff in general are not very helpful and some...

The staff in general are not very helpful and some are just plain rude. I tried calling them 6 times in one week and could never get anyone on the phone to answer questions I had. I was trying to take my 5 year old skiing for the first time so I was trying to plan things well so everything went smooth.

My friend finally got a live person on the phone and he actually called me to conference me in on the phone call. We asked some questions. Got some answers. Turns out all the info she gave is was wrong. Why doesn't anyone know anything here?

When I eventually got a private lesson for my son, we could not find the instructor. We asked 4 different employees where to go and we were told 4 different locations.

And it turns out our lesson got cancelled even though I already paid for it? WTF?

Very poorly run business. They need to work on their customer service and organization. It should not be this hard to get some info to plan a ski trip
