Brilliant customer service. From the time we arrived, we were greeted in the foyer and taken straight up to our room and offered cocktails. Throughout our stay, every engagement was professional & polite. Upon checkout ( extended to 13:00 @ no cost) our bags were stored and we were given access to "The owners lounge". The owners lounge is well appointed/equiped, with clean showers, drinks and you can order food. Well done to the staff, you were as profession, if not better than Hilton staff.
