No stars!! This company has dropped the ball on customer service, on keeping adequate stock for popular items (paper clips, tabs, etc.), and on delivery times. They launched a new website that I highly doubt has been tested because there are so many problems. Unfortunately the customers are the first to find these problems and the Mills team seems uninformed. So many of their customers are fed up and have taken their business elsewhere! I've had too many problems to list in this review! If you choose Madill, you will need to muster a great deal of patience. Good luck!
