horrible company! Had experienced 1 week service interruption with no internet at all, spending more than 10hours with their technicians, resulting in kicking ball to different departments and nothing resolved. Even for the cancellation, the company line can not be reached for over 15 phone call. A company totally wasting your time and money!!
