From the beginning the salesman was a great help, shifted responsibilities to the office manager Tammy, who was fabulous with answers and the papers we needed. Soon after the communication between us was nil. We were very disappointed in the level of professionalism that Aspen employees projected. We were told we would have an engineer come to the house to spec the job and this never happened. After complaining the owner came out to look at job and other than the salesman no one got on the roof.
When the carpentry crew came, finally, they were the best workers Ive seen. Annibal was the crew leader and the knowledge he has is wonderful! He answered and explained every detail about what was taking place. So, after all said and done I am pleased with the workmanship. I would have to caution anyone going with Aspen that research what you need done and expect long wait time and no communication between signing those papers and your end of job!
