First my name is Christine, my husband is Carl. Second I asked to make sure I got a new air filter, because my last oil change in Michigan they told me I needed one but they couldn't get one, so they blew it out and told me to make sure I got one on next service. My records showed that I had full inspection and it was good. So I asked as I was checking out if I got the filter, because of the cost. They took my car back and put in air filter, I was surprised that it cost me more for air filter then the complete oil change. The one positive thing is you have an excellent driver doing your courtesy car. I was in transit field for 27 years and I would have hired her.
