My husband and I stayed in your hotel Wednesday we had to have surgery on our dogs acl. We found out we had to stay another night and ended up staying Thursday also...When checking in we asked about staying another night the room rate went up from $90 to $275..... Unhappy we agreed.. We were told it was the Electric Daisy Carnival.. Not knowing what that was we checked in to our room.. We really like the pool so Thursday getting ready to go to the pool we were informed there was a concert and if we wanted to go to the pool it would be $75 for Tom and $35 for me.... I was so frustrated and asked to talk to a manager... Talking to her she said there was nothing she could we spend tons of money on social media and if you wold have it looked it is posted every where.... She was young with no concern about how I was feeling where has compassion gone?? I am 52 years old and honestly social media is not how we booked our room we called on the phone and made our reservation. I just wanted someone to know how frustrating our whole experience had been... thank you for listening.. Andrea Van Zago Skrocki
