Bad check in process. Did mobile check in, had a room assigned and keys would not print. Had to schlep across the casino to front desk then they finally gave me the keys but to a completely different room. The front desk person just gave me the keys and didn't acknowledge it was a different room than I had confirmed. Long story short I walked into the new room and had to change it. After that the experience was par to newer Vegas hotels.
