Outrageous! This dealership is a joke! Spent several hours shopping, finally find the perfect one for us, spend hours waiting for the finance manager to start writing up our terms and before we could even start the negotiations ~ the rave 4 that we test drove gets sold to someone else! What??? I was furious! We start the shopping all over again, find a similar one, needed a few upgrades to come close to the one they sold while we were filling out our contract??? And here comes the best part ~ the idiot finance manager rights up a 6.9 finance rate! Outrageous! No deal Roseville Toyota. I will take my business elsewhere.
