Called 4 days prior to needing a transfer of service. They only canceled service at my old residence and failed to complete the transfer to my new address leaving me without running water in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Not only did those employees fail a fellow human being but their emergency line did not consider this to be an emergency. I was told to call in the morning to take care of MY ISSUE that was created by them. And to top this all of the emergency line hung up on me. Absolutely appalling customer service and genuinely disappointed in our city. Thank you for putting my WORKING, ESSENTIAL family at risk.
