I see that based off of the other comments I'm not...

I see that based off of the other comments I'm not the only one who believes the customer service of this office is absolutely terrible. My review and 2 stars is solely based on the lack of professionalism exhibited by the administrative staff and is no way related to the service I receive from the actual Doctor I see. I've had to cancel appointments on short notice before because life happens and whenever I call up there to let someone notify my doctor the staff makes it seems as if it's the worst thing you could possibly do, ever! Never mind the fact that I will be hit with a charge for cancelling the appointment regardless, but I'm also given an attitude by the staff for cancelling the appointment. I've worked in customer service for a very long time, and with the kind of patients that this staff is dealing with you would assume there would be more compassion and professionalism because mental health disease isn't an easy thing for anyone to deal with. The staff should not make you feel worse when you are already dealing with issues you cannot control. I'm sure my comment will probably fall on deaf ears, but the administrative staff needs training desperately. This practice is well established and I doubt the original founders would be proud of what consists of their administrative staff.
