Appalling service.No communication whatsoever on ...

Appalling service.No communication whatsoever on delivery of order, placed over five weeks ago. Not one reply to at least eight e-mails sent and after hours of telephone queues promises of help and investigation from customer services are not honoured.
I object to the forced star rating as I should not even award one but it is impossible to post this message without having awarded one star.
