Normally we love this place. Seafood Bar is the best.
We were very disappointed when a group of us went to dinner for Valentine's Day. We went to the Island Grille. We were there when they opened for dinner. There was maybe 4 other tables seated. The dinner rolls were not ready, the bake potatoes were not ready (was told 45 min). My husband ordered a steak medium-rare, it was well done and dry. Was served mashed potatoes that was cold.
I felt bad for the waitress, wasn't her fault. The manager come and talked to us and our "big compensation" was a free desert and $5.00 off our bill. WOW!!
Needless to say we will not go back to the Island Grille.
