Came here on a Monday evening for dinner - absolutely worth it. Mac and Cheese was served hot in a bubbling cast iron pan with breadcrumbs and crispy cheese. Sizes were huge (second smallest couldn't be finished comfortably by one person) and extremely tasty. Going for the 'All American' was good, but I'd recommend one that had more ingredients in in! Price was decent, but $10 (plus tax) is still on the more expensive end for just a mac and cheese. Still was one of my favourite meals so far in NYC, worth visiting!
