Was looking at buying a 2015 Highlander even before it became available. I was dealing with multiple dealers/sales people. Then I encountered Justin Miles at Rudy Luther and he was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. He demonstrated his desire to win my business, but without being pushy or overbearing. Timely responded to any questions or information I had requested. Dealership provided competitive pricing. At the end, I went with another dealership solely because of the price. However, I would recommend Rudy Luther to anyone and seek out Justin if you want great customer service and competitive pricing.
