My father's computer was dead and I brought it to SWS a half hour before closing Feb 26, 2012. SWS employee Alex found the problem, a broken on/off switch. Alex suggested a replacement that was only $3. Alex installed the switch while I shopped. I purchased two new keyboards. There was no charge for the work only the part. I was out the door in twenty minutes. The computer works great. Awesome experience, I will be a return customer. John Locke
