My husband and I stayed at this hotel on weekend in December. Our room had a whirlpool tub which I decided to use, as I run the water to become hot I noticed there was no hot water it was just lukewarm. Thought ok since I filled the tub I may as well use it the way it is and don't waste water. Couldn't stay more than 5 minutes as I got very cold, then went to take a shower and noticed again water wasn't hot. My husband went to inform the reception and see what's going on. She said she does't know, what they can do is to upgrade our room next time we stay there without extra charge. How is this a problem solving? No hot water in the middle of freezing cold weather?!! And you simply didn't acknowledge and try to solve the problem at that moment. We won't be staying there again and don't need your room upgrade offer!!!
