Rude lady on the phone! Because we didn't have an account yet not interested.. We really needed help for our business they practically hung up because I queried the price of the call out charge and how to sign up...would never recommend this company on first impressions for your business. We went elsewhere to a company interested in providing a service not just taking money or getting potential long term customers off the phone.
