I successfully completed the 40-hour Basic Mediation Course with PSI. Prior to this, I had researched and contacted several mediation companies in Colorado who provide this training; however, only two of the companies responded. I chose PSI because not only did they respond promptly they answered a plethora of questions via phone and email over a 3-month period. Monica Lichtenberger and Jan Rodgers were outstanding in teaching this class. Two content items most beneficial to my learning during this class:

1. The opportunity to practice mock mediations over a 3-day period;
2. Information gained on how to create a mediation practice.

Due to the professionalism, wisdom and guidance provided by Jan and Monica, I decided to complete a mediation internship with them through PSI. To date, these have been the best professional judgments I ve made in my career as a mediator. I highly recommend PSI for your mediation needs.
