I bought a dryer, goods sent, not received, then I asked for the cancellation. I am waiting for 10 days of reimbursement, every time I phone and they tell me that the courier (fast est) must return the goods. I call the courier and he tells me that it is Monclick who must request the goods. Dear gentlemen, I paid almost 500 euros for a product I don't have. I still try to call and they never answer. I will make a good report and see if they wake up.
