Native outgoing Kolkatans would know this iconic hotel & it's many charms. My visits to its coffee shop have kept my date with this place. Please note that this hotel located in the heart of the city is a business hotel & given this, it offers a lot - a well designed property, parking service that's a breeze (attentive, helpful staff as you drive in) & a nice outside approach into the lobby leading to the coffee shop. Food's great with slightly high rates but in keeping with a hotel of such quality. Although menu has limited variety, there's a nice buffet which they will remind you to try. Coffee shop service is ok but I expected it to be better from such a hotel. Overall a good experience with great locational advantage.
