First understand that the par 3 golf course is a great course!!! But...the attractions aren't there..I didn't even make it to the course can't rent a cart after 330,so people that work aren't invited...they wouldn't let my 2 year old son even on the course, which if u followed tiger woods, that is how tiger's are made start them young...the pro shop has nothing,if u want people to come u have to attract them... tournaments and drawings...don't stack teams or let the best players pick..do it with strict rules and regulations....there are more just tired of typing...I could make this course a 5 star course with revenue....so when it's shut down and everybody losses there job that's when it's to late..don't go a crying around,now is the time to do something...u apparently don't know what you have!!!!!

Sincerely a golfer that has got to golf with my son everywhere but Pipestem Par 3!!!!
