Craig Finfrock contacted me 16 years ago to open another Cold Stone Creamery location in one of his shopping centers that he was leasing. He had a vision for putting Cold Stone Creamery in the pad building and went through a lot of hoops to get all of the requirements fulfilled, e.g., addition of a patio, extra signage, etc. He has since helped with leases at three other Tucson locations. He has made locating properties, preparing leases and agreeing on lease terms much easier and less stressful.
