I happen to be invited for interview twice in here as i switched my profile once in my career. First time i applied as a tech support and second i was a developer. First time the HR called in the middle of office hour when no calls were scheduled and when i requested for a callback, he said he will but never did. Upon calling the office the HR never picks the call and upon connecting the reception, the receptionist redirect to the HR section, where no calls are picked and this loops on and on and on. Second time when i was a developer i received a mail from a female HR, with a confirmation link. When i responded back to reschedule or arrange a telephonic interview for the same, i never got a reply. Again i called the Zoho HR line and no one picked, connected the receptionist and when asked for the particular HR person transferred to the HR line where no calls are picked and this loops on and on and on. I don't know what's wrong with the HR, even if they replace HR with AI powered robots they respond better than this. My friend worked here before and according to him its a good company to work, very flexible. Even the google reviews confirms it. But who would enter a shop with ignorant shopkeeper.
