They sent a faulty part on order 162107838 - which I had shipped express. It was a Gates 34012 thermostat which the description stated -- still as of this writing 12/30/2020 -- included the seal. The box containing the part in the Rockauto sealed package was crushed and the seal was missing. I requested a replacement and the shipping was scheduled to take 6 days. That is one day after the repairs will be complete -- hence ordering express shipping. I delayed the repairs for a day and the replacement did come early BUT missing the same seal. Had to buy locally, entire thermostat (seal only would have to be ordered) -- which I could have done if there description was correct. There return policy is very easy but if you something beyond that, they do not have a customer service department at all. I only needed a $0.45 seal. I have pictures and emails for proof.
