One of the parts I ordered was mislabelled/wrong part. I went through the return process on the website and the replacement part that was cross-shipped was the same mislabelled/wrong part. The part was an axle half shaft which they sent me the left side one, instead of the right side -- the difference being the right axle half shaft is 14" longer than the left.
I contacted customer service and explained the situation, trying to make sure that if I returned the part I had I wouldn't get the same wrong part again.
Originally customer service was responsive but after I provided all the details they requested I never heard back about next steps and they failed to respond to any of my follow up emails (I sent 5 in 3 weeks with no response). Now the return window is over and I would have to return the part under warranty, and pay half of the shipping which is prohibitive because of where I live. There is still no guarantee or resolution from customer service that if I do a warranty return I will finally get the correct part.
At this point I'm frustrated and have been put out weeks of time, and am left having paid for a part I don't need. Very hesitant to order from Rock Auto again because of this.
