The service team here is awesome! I recently made the mistake of purchasing a brand new vehicle at another dealership in Beloit and immediately had a problem with the leather seats cracking and peeling in the front. Long story short and months of promises, non-returned phone calls etc, your dealership handled and stood behind my Chrysler and within 2 hours!
