I lived at a Mark-Taylor property before another management company took over. I am not one to review companies but decided this time I'd share. I cannot believe the difference between Mark-Taylor and this new company, Avenue5, but I sure wish I would've followed Mark-Taylor out instead of renewing with Avenue5. I had never really thought about the pros and cons with Mark-Taylor until Avenue5 came in. Go read the bad reviews from Avenue5 and I can tell you that Mark-Taylor is the opposite. I didn't have much run-in with Mark-Taylor as my apartment was great, online rent was easy, I had few maintenance issues, and packages were a quick in and out. I never knew how good I had it until this Avenue5 came in and I cannot wait to be back at a Mark-Taylor property.
