I ve worked with Carney Law a few times over the years. I really enjoy working with Lucinda Luke. She is very helpful with employment law questions and she understands startups and the need for a quick response. I also worked with Susan Schalla on my corporate documents. She took the time to explain the benefits and risks for selecting the type of corporation formed and tax consequences. Overall, I am really pleased with my experiences. It s nice to know I have a place to go when I need it.
