It was a nightmare experience with Hyatt Place PUNE Hinjewadi!!

1. It is just a business as usual for them. So customer is treated as an commodity!!
2. I checked in and ask for shuttle service- the standard response is, it comes with the additional charge, without even asking about the distance
3. Age old electric equipments! Iron box in the room literally burnt my dress. When I ask for help, they start defending and but the blame on the dress texture. And when I ask how they can help, they mention to get it pressed from outside with additional charges!!
4. No courtesy, no feel good factor, rude staff and pathetic service!!

I checked out within an hour of checking in feeling humiliated and awkward!!

Highly recommend not to stay in places like this, who are just business minded with no human touch or customer experience!!
