Rented here for 6 months and it was a perfect place. No noise (rare for apartment buildings), amazing staff (thanks Jessica, Sean, & Cassey!), and great amenities. The top floor has the best sunset view in madison -- the workspace is also nice for WFH change of scenery. We loved our stay so much and especially loved all the pups we ran into in the elevators and hallways. Though you pay a premium to live here, we were very impressed by how low our utility bills were each month even with the amazing floor to ceiling windows and how easy access it is to everything you could need in Madison. The parking garage always has open "unreserved" spots, the carts were super helpful for moving and groceries, and the locked package room ensured never issues with stolen things. Would recommend to anyone!
