I am here at Rex hospital at this present time with my mother. The doctors are good this one particular RN Jodessa was really nice and understanding. This one cna was nice as well but very slow. One young lady at the nurses station was really nice. The rest have nasty attitudes, they are especially slow, and don't look like they really want to be at work. This hospital staff could use a lesson in politeness and learning how to smile, or learning how to deal with sick people. But mostly they are turtle slow with bad attitudes. But I understand the slowness if they are with other patience or emergencies arise as they often do. Update: the complaints team I guess you would call it came and in and all my issues were voiced and it was stated that it would be handled. Thank you !
