Make reports based on nothing, do not have all the medical information and do not inform you in the meantime, so that you can take care of it yourself.
Which is of course good for them because then you can work for 40 hours ... oh no taxable they call it!
Also special that someone you never see can assess how much pain you may have with certain conditions / injuries.
