They don't go the extra mile. I had to ask 3 times for them to inflate my tires on the 2016 jeep I was buying. They also didn't fill the gas tank, which is not a good look. My sister bought a jeep from a different dealership a week ago, and that dealership filled her gas tank completely.

They didn't update the software of my Uconnect app/screen to the latest version either, and didn't tell me my jeep came with a 3 month Uconnect access trial.
